We wish to commission 4 Seasons to decorate our event, what now?
Please contact us using our Contact Form to sent us your contact details and give us a brief description of the event, when it’s taking place and what sort of size it is (how many guests etc.) We will get in touch with you quickly to arrange an initial meeting at a time and place convenient to you.

How much does it cost to secure a booking?
Generally, we require 25% of the total hire price of your order. For the hire of props (eg: Sweet Carts / Post Box / Vintage Luggage etc.) we require full payment at time of booking. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment

How much is the security deposit?
It depends on the items being hired, please contact us for more information.

I’ve made an enquiry via your contact form but have not had a reply!
We endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours – this may vary at weekends because we are usually busy with functions. However, some online email accounts can ‘block’ certain emails they perceive to be spam. We suggest you check your junk / spam folders to see if our reply is there. If you still can’t see our reply, something has clearly gone wrong, in which case, please contact Martina directly (call/text) 07557 769169 or via email.

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
We are based in Staines upon Thames. We are happy to travel to venues in Surrey, Hampshire, London, Buckinghamshire and other neighbouring areas upon request — and further afield if necessary.

What are your Terms of Hire?

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes! — as a professional business we hold Public Liability Insurance.

Sweet Cart / Candy Buffet FAQs

Can we supply our own sweets?
Yes, we are more than happy to hire out our Sweet Carts / Candy Buffets for you to decorate and stock with Sweets as you please.

What sweets can I have on the Sweet Cart?
Visit our Sweet Cart page for some inspiration and possibly some reminders of some long forgotten old favourites!

I’ve already booked a Sweet Cart — when do you need to know my final choice of sweets to stock it with?
Please ensure you give us at least 2 weeks notice prior to your event to ensure that we have time to source your exact requirements. Simply complete our Sweet Cart Choices Form when you are ready to make your final choices.

There are sweets I like that don’t appear in your list?
No problem, we are happy to supply other sweets if we can source them. What’s more, we will happilly add them to our list for future clients to choose and enjoy.
