These are the Terms & Conditions of business for 4 Seasons.
For fees upwards of £100 — a 25% deposit is payable upon booking to secure the hire items and/or our services for your event. Outstanding balances are due 6 weeks prior to the event date. Where bookings are made less than 6 weeks prior to the event date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. For fees of £99.00 or less, payment is required in full at time of booking.
The customer agrees to allow photographs to be taken by the proprietors or staff of 4 Seasons to be used for promotional purposes and shown to potential new customers as examples of what is possible.
A security deposit is required to cover breakages and any damage to the hire items. This is determined prior to booking and this figure varies according to the items hired. The security deposit is to be paid at the same time as the outstanding balance referred to in (2.) above or upon collection of hire items in cash. The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks of the event date, subject to their being no damage or loss to any property of 4 Seasons.
Within 4 weeks of the event – 50% of the total cost will be charged. Within 2 weeks of the event – 100% of the total cost will be charged. In the event of cancellation, any breakage deposit paid will be fully refunded. In the very unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by 4 Seasons, any payments received will be fully refunded.
Sweet Cart & Sweet Tree Safety Warnings
Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils, or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. 4 Seasons cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. Customers should also ensure that children are suitably supervised to avoid sweeties being chosen which might be a potential choking hazard. This is even more important for children under the age of 5. Similar care should also be taken to ensure children’s safety relating to plastic packaging to avoid any risk of suffocation. 4 Seasons cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the celebration location.
